We accept all major credit cards. We will email you an official payment request. In the email we will attach a payment link where you can enter and submit your credit card information. All our payments are securely processed by a payment gateway.

We will need to charge your credit card before your trip begins. We have reserved a car and driver only for you, frequently outside of regular business hours. We need to ensure that payment is valid before the trip starts.

Unless specifically stated, price includes taxes and tolls. Gratuity is extra.
Price is per vehicle, not per person. Once you have booked/paid for a vehicle, your reservation will include all seats in the vehicle. We show seating and luggage capacity on our reservation page. 

Our standard gratuity charge is 20%.

Most likely you have directed us to extend your trip beyond what you initially planned and hence we need to charge you for extra time.
On rare occasions we charge for a cleaning fee, depending on the type of
cleaning needed.

If you have given us enough advance notice, we will provide you with a full refund. Please bear in mind that sedans and SUVs have a 24 hour cancellation period while stretch limos and Sprinter buses have a longer cancellation notice period of five days.

Yes. Email us at reserve@black-n-limo.com and we will email you a receipt. We do not auto-send receipts at this time hence you need to get in touch with us. A receipt is different from our automatic reservation confirmation which shows all your booking details. If you create an account on our website, you will be able to view your trip history and print receipts.
