Price is for a vehicle, not per person. For example, a sedan can accommodate three passengers and an SUV can accommodate seven passengers. When we give you a quote for a sedan, then the price includes transportation for three passengers. Gratuity is not included in the price, and usually our customers tip around 20%.

We do not have a concept of surge. Pricing is the same at any time during the day/night. The price we quote, is the price you pay.

1. Hourly
This is ideal when your itinerary is flexible. For example, if you know pick up time/location, but are unsure how long you will stay at individual destinations, we can provide you with a vehicle and driver who will stay with you the entire duration of the trip. When you are done with one destination, you can text the driver and proceed to the next stop. Our clients normally use this type of service for trips to Napa, graduation parties, weddings and other ceremonies. This service is subject to hourly minimums. For example, sedans have a minimum of three hours required for a booking.


2. Transfers
This is used when you know the exact itinerary (time and pick up/drop off locations). Our clients normally use this type of service for airport trips.

No, you can check out as a guest, but having an account does have its benefits. You will have access to your history with us, and you will be able to manage your
rides (ie. book new ones, make changes or cancel). You will also be able to download receipts. Last but definitely not least, you will not need to re-enter you personal information.

First 15 minutes of waiting are complementary, and beyond that we need to charge hourly or a fraction of hourly rate. For airport pickups, wait time is up to 45 times after landing for international flights.

Normally our drivers are dispatched to arrive to your location early, but in case of unpredictable situations (eg. out of ordinary traffic or bad weather), we will provide you with estimated time to arrival or dispatch another driver. This is one of the reasons we ask that you provide your phone number when making a reservation.

We use a flight tracking system and are able to adjust pick up time based on your flight’s estimated time to arrival.

We do not track departures – if your departure time changes for any reason please let us know.

Yes, we have forward-facing (toddler) and infant seats. Charge is $20 per seat. Select the type and number of car seats when you book online, or just let us know you need this service.

Yes, we will come to meet you at arrivals and help out with your luggage. Charge is $40 ($75 for Sprinter bus). Select ‘Meet & Greet’ when you book online, or just let us know you need this service.

All our vehicles are non-smoking.

We do not provide alcoholic beverages, but you can bring your own.

If you have given us enough advance notice, we will provide you with a full refund. Please bear in mind that sedans and SUVs have a 24 hour cancellation period
while stretch limos and Sprinter buses have a longer cancellation notice period of five days.
